Welcome to the TRAP, It’s going down. Build your mind & body to banging beats as you journey through a series of movements that will increase your flexibility, build your muscles, & release stagnant tension in your body. Simple yet effective movements combined with breath work will allow you to sink deep into each position getting the most out of your workout.
Wear comfortable clothes and socks are recommended as shoes are not allowed. You can bring your own towel, yoga mat, bolster, and blocks if preferred but these items will also be provided.
Yoga reduces stress while increasing the flexibility in your connective tissue, boosts circulation, and allows you to reset and just breathe.
