Join us as we Roll Up & Stretch Out!
Clear your mind with this plant-practice pairing as you release stress & tension from your body.
We’ll connect with each other as we expand our smoke circle before doing some breath work, followed by a restorative Yin Yoga session, and ending with a soothing meditation session bringing balance and peace to your mind and body.
Wear comfortable clothes and socks are recommended as shoes are not allowed. You can bring your own towel, yoga mat, bolster, and blocks if preferred but these items will also be provided.
